Job Description
Build laptop/desktop computers, peripherals and configure network connections. Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware, software and network connections.
Requirements
- Build Laptop / desktop computers, peripherals and configure network connections
- Install, Configure and test the Operating Systems and its functionality
- Experience on install, configure and troubleshoot Desktop / laptop hardware
- Install and configure Standard and business applications
- Experience on Basic Windows Active Directory troubleshooting, Network related troubleshooting
- Install and configure Printers, scanners, Fax, copier etc.
- Extend computer support for systems software
- Support and troubleshoot RSA/VPN remote connections
- Experience on Windows Users profile management
- Experience on Windows System reimage
- Experience on Desktop Backup / restore
- Experience Access Management: Grant / remove Windows user / group access based on the user request
- Experience on Ticketing tool
