Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Benchmark is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clients and staff in the Georgia Mobile Crisis Support Program. The role involves providing behavioral supports, supervision, and data collection to individuals with disabilities, offering flexibility in schedule and a supportive team environment. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping people reach their potential and has hands-on engagement with individuals and staff.

Requirements

• Serve as a member of the Mobile Crisis Team and assist in Crisis Support Home and Intensive Support services.
• Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided.
• Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.
• Complete functional assessment.
• Develop and implement Behavioral Support Plans.
