As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals with IDD become more independent and involved in their community. No experience is necessary, as you'll learn on-the-job and receive paid training to obtain required certifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid auto insurance and driver's license
- Some college preferred
- Some experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
