Job Description
Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) to join their team in the crisis support homes for adults with intellectual developmental disabilities in Acworth, GA. The role involves providing case management services, facilitating referrals, and assisting with discharge planning and monitoring client adherence to support guidelines. The organization has been providing services to marginalized populations for 65 years.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed LCSW, LPC or LMFT
- Valid CPR and First Aide Certification
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto insurance
