Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing the intersection of business process and technical systems
• Hands-on experience leading Salesforce-centric projects
• A strong grasp of integrated tech stacks, API logic, and data modeling
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical leaders
• Mastery of Jira for backlog management and project tracking
