We're looking for a Customer Success Lead who can build authentic relationships with higher education customers and build systems and automations that let a lean team punch above its weight. The role involves managing a personal book of ~200 accounts, driving renewals and expansion revenue, leading and developing a CSM team, and designing lifecycle automations.
