Business Development Manager- CT

The Business Development Manager is responsible for promoting the Aware Recovery Care model, developing relationships with healthcare and psychiatric partners, and handling client referrals. The role requires strong communication and sales skills, as well as knowledge of electronic health records and CRM software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Addiction Treatment or Mental Health field
• Familiarity with electronic health records, electronic phone systems, customer resource management software, and Microsoft office systems
• Experience using Salesforce
• Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time
