Center Store/AIM Assistant III

This position supports AWG’s mission by fielding calls and emails from Members, providing great Customer Service, and performing administrative functions for the Center Store Director and AIM Specialist.

Requirements

• Handle billing vendors and crediting retailers, as appropriate
• Plan, create, proof and finalize weekly ad planner information using iPro ad planning software
• Prepare and provide event deal information
• Maintain retailer ad group file; send out pertinent information to retailers between planners
• Coordinate new item launch process
• Conduct validation reporting
• Order supplies, as needed
• Daily order uploads
• Monthly order guide PO creation
• Research repay requests
• Help track hot POs to ensure product arrives in a timely manner
• Pay storage fees and copier billings, as needed
• Print and prepare inventory paperwork, as needed, for Director to review
• Print and prepare period-end reporting for Director to review
• Maintain Director files for period reporting, deep dives, ad copies, etc...
• Respond to ad hoc requests, as needed
