Job Description
Fresh Sales Sr Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to retailers, resolving quality issues, and developing daily, weekly, and period reporting. The position requires strong communication and computer skills, with the ability to work independently and develop/manage own schedule.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to retailers via phone, e-mail, and internal documents
- Resolve Fresh Department quality issues by working with division procurement teams and warehouse
- Develop relationships with retailers to ensure they are receiving the attention required
- Assist division sales departments in disposing of and selling of outdated, damaged and discontinued products
- Respond to daily phone, email and text requests from member/owners to rectify issues and concerns
- Work as a member of the AWG team to meet total job responsibilities
- Streamline processes and strive for complete, accurate and verified documentation of all processes
