Job Description
AWI Engineering is seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Manager to manage and lead a maintenance team/contractors in the Saukville, WI area. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience supervising maintenance employees, and be willing to get hands dirty.
Requirements
- Hands-on and mechanically-inclined
- Strong technical background with electrical/mechanical maintenance
- Experience supervising maintenance employees in a manufacturing setting
- Experience supervising over 3 shifts
- Experience in the packaging or liquid packaging industry
- Contract MFG or FDA Regulatory knowledge/experience
- PLC programming experience
