Job Description
The D365 Finance & Operations Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining customisations and extensions within D365 F&O. Key tasks include delivering D365 F&O development workstreams, designing and building extensions to AP, payment journal, and bank reconciliation processes, and collaborating with the Integration Developer on technical touchpoints between D365 and external payment platforms or banking systems.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on development experience in D365 Finance & Operations using X++
- Experience across core D365 finance modules: GL, AP, AR, budgeting, bank management
- Delivered end-to-end customisations through the full development lifecycle — from design through deployment
- Experience with payment-related D365 functionality (payment journals, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, SEPA/BACS/SWIFT formats)
- Familiarity with SSRS report development and Electronic Reporting (ER) framework
- Experience working within structured DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and LCS
