Job Description
As a Data Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of data engineers and help them succeed while building and improving our Affiliate Marketing data platform. You will create a collaborative environment where engineers take ownership, learn continuously, and deliver reliable data solutions that support the business.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering
- 5+ years of people management and technical leadership experience
- Deep understanding of Ralph Kimball dimensional modelling best practices
- Experience building and optimising cloud-based data platforms and scalable data pipelines
- Familiarity with data governance, security best practices, and compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
