Group Legal Director (f/m/d)

The Group Legal Director oversees all legal matters for the company and its group companies, providing proactive and commercially minded legal advice. The role reports directly to the CFO and is a member of the CFO's senior leadership team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel
• Fully authorised German lawyer (Volljurist, i.e. 1st and 2nd state exam successfully completed)
• Leadership: experience leading a Legal team/department
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Outstanding legal and business judgment, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
