Job Description
We're looking for an AI Growth Hacker to combine the instincts of a prospector with the toolkit of an AI power-user to build and scale outreach campaigns across our SEO, link building, and influencer marketing services.
Requirements
- Prospect and research potential clients, link partners, and influencer targets using AI tools
- Design and run AI-assisted outreach experiments
- Build automated prospecting and outreach workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, Clay, or similar platforms
- Mine data sources to identify high-value targets at scale
- Write and refine AI prompts that produce personalized, high-quality outreach copy in bulk without losing the human touch
- Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to align outreach with live campaigns and service offerings
- Track and analyze performance metrics and continuously iterate based on data
- Document what works — build internal playbooks, prompt libraries, and SOPs that the team can scale from
