Requirements

• Direct leadership/supervision for 30+ protectors
• Support Area Manager and General Manager
• Collaborate daily with Area Staff
• Maintain Field and Office Responsibilities
• Ensure safety, quality, training, employee engagement, and retention standards
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Perform job site and vehicle inspections
• Address customer service issues
• Prepare daily schedules
• Monitor employee issues
• Facilitate teambuilding efforts
• Engage and support employee training
• Obtain ATSSA and state-specific certifications
