Production Engineer

Production Engineer oversees and improves production processes in our factory. Engineering aptitude, high attention to detail, and ability to optimize production processes for maximum efficiency with LEAN tools are necessary skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• Demonstrated experience in LEAN manufacturing and Operational Excellence
• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)
• 4-5 years proven experience in Powder Coating manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English
• Ability to lead and direct employees effectively
