Job Description
Scientist to develop and maintain cost-effective, high-quality products for customers, working with Operations to transfer products smoothly into production and following quality procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Develop/Optimize recipes for products following APQP process
- Work with operation team and other function to ensure new/modified product alignment (scale up) into production
- Communicate with account teams to ensure that all project team members are fully up-to-date with technical progress on projects
