Requirements

• Knowledge and use of concepts, practices, procedures related to coatings, resins, and curing chemistries
• Panel preparation and testing as per product specification
• Interpreting and analyzing results to make suggestions and contribute to formulating work plans
• Producing accurate and timely results with guidance from supervisor
• Demonstrating ownership mindset and removing obstacles to deliver on commitments
• Providing input to technical discussions and presenting work progress
• Participating in customer and supplier meetings
• Supporting manufacturing for alignment batches
• Visiting customers for new product launch, issue resolution, etc.
• Maintaining 5S and Safety in Laboratory and office area
• Accomplishing other tasks assigned by superior
