Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a very early stage, high growth startup
• Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or very early employee
• AI-native with experience building with Claude Code/Cursor/Codex daily
• Exceptional communication skills
• Product-minded with comfort talking to customers and understanding their requirements
