Requirements

• Experience in venture capital, investment banking, strategic consulting, or high-growth startups/scale-ups
• Proven ability to evaluate new markets, assess business models, and build data-backed business cases
• Experience leading or supporting initiatives in new market entry, vertical expansion, partnerships, or go-to-market planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Highly organised and comfortable managing cross-functional workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to operate with autonomy in ambiguous situations
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
