(Senior) IT Support Engineer

Axelera AI is a deep-tech startup creating a next-generation AI platform. We are seeking an energetic IT Support Engineer to join our IT & Security team.

Requirements

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Microsoft EntraID.
• Coordinate IT onboarding/offboarding (account setup, hardware, access, asset recovery).
• Manage device lifecycle using Microsoft InTune and track IT assets.
• Participate in IT and security projects, implementing system improvements and new technologies.
