Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Valley Health Services, Southeast Office - Full-Time

Valley Health Services, Southeast Office is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to assist with client care and contribute to a full range of duties within a variety of locations. The role involves medication administration, crisis intervention, patient monitoring, and contributing to team and committees. Supervision from a Medical Director is provided.

Requirements

• Oral and intramuscular administration of medications.
• Gathering and recording health information.
• Clinical interview methods.
• Crisis intervention and emergency services skills.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and side-effects.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain client relationships.
• Reliable transportation, valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability
• Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal background check.
• Proof of training in medication administration
