Outpatient Therapist (LPCC/LISW)

The Outpatient Therapist provides high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting. The Therapist is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic services in accordance with Ohio licensure laws, agency policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models and recovery-oriented systems of care
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
