Manufacturing Operator

We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacture and packing of alkaloid raw materials, seed cleaning, and wastewater treatment.

Requirements

• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality (cGMP/HACCP) compliance in manufacturing processes.
• Operate and monitor equipment involved in the production and packing of controlled substances and seed.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including batch records and compliance reports.
• Participate in troubleshooting, quality audits, and investigations of process deviations.
• Actively engage in Lean and process improvement initiatives to optimise productivity and efficiency.
• Assist with the training and development of new team members.
