CNC Manager

We are a visionary design and fabrication shop seeking a CNC Department Manager to lead our team of CNC programmers and operators. The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong mechanical background and experience managing and mentoring teams. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes, with a focus on CNC programming and operations.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with CNC machines and tooling across a range of materials
• Experience with CAM and CNC software
• Solid understanding of fabrication workflows and project scheduling
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to train and mentor a team of CNC programmers and operators
• Knowledge of CAD and CNC software
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
• Collaborative and able to work closely with teams across Projects, Purchasing, Engineering, and Fabrication
