Derivatives Attorney

Join Our Team as an Attorney at Axiom. We are seeking a Derivatives Counsel to join our Financial Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading clients on ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and other derivatives documentation, shaping legal strategies and supporting global trading operations.

Requirements

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Master Confirmation Agreements, Term Commitment Agreements, Account Control Agreements, and other derivatives trading documents.
• Providing legal guidance on derivatives transactions, collateral management, and OTC trading compliance.
• Collaborating with trading desks, Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams on derivatives transactions and regulatory initiatives.
• Managing legal, risk, and compliance issues for clients in the derivatives and financial services sector.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and global derivatives rules to provide proactive counsel.
