Job Description
Axiom is seeking an Equity Derivatives Negotiation Lawyer to join their growing team. This role involves negotiating trade agreements in the financial industry, supporting clients with risk management, and providing legal and commercial insight. Candidates should have hands-on experience with equity derivatives and prime brokerage agreements, with preference for those in the New York City area.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent and active bar admission
- At least 3 years of experience negotiating ISDA Master Agreements
- Knowledge of collateral mechanics, netting provisions, and margin requirements in derivative contracts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple counterparts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting
