We are seeking a Legal Consultant - Equity Capital Markets to join our bench support and support our global investment banking client.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years PQE as a Equity Capital Markets (IPO)
- In-depth knowledge of IPO processes, equity offerings, and capital markets transactions
- Familiarity with Hong Kong Listing rules and relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
