Join Axiom as an M&A Lawyer to work with a large semiconductor client. Ideal candidates have a strong background in M&A law and a proven track record of managing and executing complex transactions.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of corporate and M&A experience at a leading law firm
• Significant exposure to IPO transactions, public company readiness, or sponsor backed M&A
• Experience supporting private equity transactions strongly preferred
• Technology sector experience highly desirable
• Strong drafting skills across purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, board materials, and corporate documentation
• Solid understanding of capitalization tables, equity plans, and subsidiary structures
• Familiarity with diligence processes and investor expectations
• Ability to translate legal issues into practical business risk assessments
