Job Description
Axiom is seeking Market Access Lawyers to support pharmaceutical companies with compliance advice, drafting agreements, and advising on regulations. The role requires a strong understanding of industry regulations and a proactive approach to legal challenges.
Requirements
- Actively support commercial operations and functional areas in compliance.
- Drafting and negotiating various agreements (PBM, Payer, GPO, PBMs, distribution, advisory agreements).
- Reviewing promotional materials and offering legal advice.
- Knowledge of US and international regulations (FDCA, FDA).
