Market Access Lawyer - Pharmaceutical Industry

Axiom is seeking Market Access Lawyers to support pharmaceutical companies in compliance and pricing matters. This role involves drafting and negotiating agreements, reviewing promotional materials, and providing legal advice on complex pharmaceutical licensing and regulatory issues. Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm and in-house with a pharmaceutical company.
• Prior experience counseling companies on legal issues related to advertising and promotion, scientific exchange, patient support, and interactions with health care professionals.
• Knowledge of and experience advising on statutes, regulations, and guidance documents applicable to commercial operations and medical activities, including the FDCA and its regulations.
• Experience with drafting and negotiating complex pharmaceutical licensing agreements.
• Efficient multitasker combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross functionally.
