Job Description
Axiom is seeking Junior and mid-level Procurement Attorneys to provide legal support and expertise to clients in technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies. The role involves advising on procurement matters, drafting contracts, and standardizing contractual language related to IT, technology and licensing.
Requirements
- 2+ years corporate procurement experience on an in-house legal team
- Experience supporting sales teams is especially helpful
- Procurement support experience including direct and indirect procurement, IT procurement, supplier relationship management, and contractual dispute resolution
- Experience negotiating directly with opposing counsel
- Active bar license in good standing
