Axiom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the growth of its legal talent business in London and the EMEA region. The role involves developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with legal talent.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional recruiting experience and/or legal experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
- Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- High attention to detail, paired with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment, problem-solving capability, and confidence operating with a high degree of autonomy
- A genuine interest in Axiom's business model and the evolving legal services landscape
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior-level candidates and stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to operate effectively with sophisticated, high-calibre talent
