Business Excellence & Engagement – Healthcare Field Role

The Business Excellence & Engagement – Healthcare Field Role is responsible for managing tasks under the Business Excellence function in the region, representing Axios in daily meetings with stakeholders, and carrying out administrative duties. The role involves maintaining communication with hospitals, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders, increasing physician satisfaction, and overseeing the development of materials. The jobholder will also work with cross-functional teams to create materials, medical education materials, and conference presentations, and ensure that eligible patients are referred in a timely manner.

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent networking skills
• Experience in data monitoring and management is an advantage
• Experience coordinating and handling logistics/supply chain is a plus
• Experience in communication service management
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
