Note to applicants: This Associate position on our Events Operations team remains open on an ongoing basis to support our evolving programming and production needs. As our events portfolio and initiatives grow, we regularly assess and expand the team with Associates who can support event execution, manage logistics, coordinate cross-functional partners, and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in events, marketing, project coordination, executive support, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in events is required
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Flexible with a proven ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Positive, collaborative attitude
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with event marketing platforms (i.e. Splash and Sailthru)
- Experience with Adobe Suite products is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and event tools such as Splash, Cvent, or Airtable is a plus.
