Job Description
This is your opportunity to join AXIS Capital as a Claims Specialist in Management Liability. The role involves investigating, analyzing, and evaluating Third Party Liability claims, determining coverage determinations, and collaborating with insureds, brokers, and partners effectively. The position is part of AXIS' North America Claim team and requires a Juris Doctorate and expertise in Directors & Officers or Financial Institutions units.
Requirements
- Hold a Juris Doctorate
- Operate efficiently in settings with high visibility, shifting deadlines, and evolving expectations
- Demonstrate organizational abilities and solve problems effectively
- Exhibit outstanding skill in verbal communication and written expression
- Showcase skill as a litigator or litigation manager, well-versed in dispute resolution
- Write coverage letters independently with precision and attention to detail
