Requirements
- Proven experience in Specialty markets in North America and within a Lloyd's / London Market Insurer
- Solid domain knowledge of claims and claims processes, procedures, and systems
- A good understanding of the Bureau processes, the role of Xchanging, Lloyds KPI's and reporting standards, ability to navigate through the London Market systems
- Deep experience with business analytics, reporting and visualization tools including Power BI and other Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Familiarity with collaboration tools including Microsoft SharePoint and Webex
- Exceptional analytical skills and adept at handling multiple complex data sets
- Demonstrable success in creating and delivering actionable management reports and insights
- Experience designing and delivering education material and training to system users
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability and experience supporting strategic initiatives impacting key stakeholders and reporting to senior management
- Experience working on cross functional teams, collaborating, actively participating, and delivering solutions
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills including the ability to analyze and interpret financial and claims data
- Proven prioritization skills with the ability to balance both the immediate needs with broader organizational strategies
- The ability to issue spot and escalate issues that could present challenges to a project or the organization
- Willingness to assume additional responsibilities and undertake professional qualifications for personal and professional growth
- Good conflict resolution skills to effectively deal with people with differing expectations and viewpoints and to build strong cross functional relationships and partnerships
