Job Description

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of managing existing accounts, cold-calling, appointment setting, and grassroots efforts to generate new business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, tablets, and company-provided hardware
- Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical equipment (not required but a plus)
- Strong desire to understand companies' equipment, its functionality, and its limitations
