Job Description
Axis Residential is seeking Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors to join their active adult portfolio of Affinity Living Communities in Eastern Washington. The successful candidates will work with the site team to carry out daily maintenance needs, build rapport with residents and team members, and ensure the community meets company standards.
Requirements
- Team player with a 'we over me' approach
- Determined, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in property, facility, hotel maintenance, or other relevant industries
- Excellent communication skills, including English proficiency
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and property management software
- Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
