Job Description
Axle is seeking a Computational Scientist - AI/ML for Omics Integration to develop and apply advanced AI/ML approaches to integrate multi-omics datasets for organoid characterization and quality assessment. This role is based in Frederick, MD, and focuses on creating computational frameworks to assess organoid fidelity and predict functional outcomes. Requirements
- PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, or a related quantitative field
- Strong programming skills in Python and R
- Knowledge of multi-omics data integration techniques
