Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles in the ticketing field
• Mastering of Microsoft Pack Office
• Proficiency in professional English
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent service in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and complete tasks within set deadlines
