Solutions Specialist

Axxys Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Specialist to provide enhanced and specialized support for a specific technology or solution set, as well as support for escalated issues. The role involves working with Operations group and service coordination to identify issues, researching and developing action plans, and identifying and documenting root causes of escalated issues.

Requirements

• Associates degree from a two-year college or trade school, or one to two years related experience and/or training
• Certifications such as Microsoft MCSA, Cisco CCNA, CEH, CISA, Datto DTS II, Barracuda Specialist, VMware VCA, AWS/Azure Associate (not required for hire)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and apply mathematical operations to tasks such as frequency distribution and analysis of variance
