As the Director of Sales, Health Information Technology, you will build and grow relationships with health systems to expand Aya's Health Information Technology (HIT) and non-clinical workforce solutions. This is a remote role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
- At least 10 years of proven sales success in HIT, non-clinical workforce solutions, SaaS, or technology services environments
- Strong track record selling to C-level executives within large healthcare organizations
- Experience selling complex services, including staff augmentation, managed services, SOW/project delivery, or professional services
- Deep understanding of solution design, pricing strategies, SOW structuring, and enterprise negotiations
- Ability to navigate complex internal and client-side environments and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A competitive drive and a strong desire to win new business
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to identify multiple paths to move deals forward
