Job Description
Regional Director, Educational Services will reside in either Oregon or Washington, and involves local travel approximately 4-5 days a week. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong district partnerships, assessing staffing needs, and identifying opportunities for long-term workforce solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
- Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
