Job Description
Join our team and be part of the continued success of Bali’s Largest Integrated Resort. Lead and managed the Chopper station, overseeing the production and preparation of ingredients with exceptional knife skills and precision.
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Chopper Chef in a reputable Chinese restaurant
- Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, with HACCP certification preferred
- Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is a plus
- Diploma degree in Culinary or certified equivalent professional training in a related major. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
