Requirements
- 5-8 years of legal experience in commercial, technology, or intellectual property law
- Member in good standing of the Quebec or Ontario Bar
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bilingual (French and English)
