Dispensary Tech

The Dispensary Technician is responsible for providing patients with an extraordinary experience through meaningful interaction and knowledgeable answers. The role involves contributing to a compassionate, genuine, and respectful environment, and adhering to compliance practices to prevent diversion of medical cannabis.

Requirements

• Provides knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each patient
• Ensures patient questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely
• Oversees patient intake process, ensuring appropriate patient records and paperwork are submitted
• Accurately receives, coordinates, and fulfills patient orders using the Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems
• Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities
• Fosters a positive work environment, treats everyone with dignity and respect
• Performs opening and closing procedures
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
