Job Description
Ayr Wellness is seeking a Dispensary Tech to provide an extraordinary experience for patients by explaining potential benefits of premium cannabis products and resolving patient questions or concerns. The ideal candidate will possess basic math, computer, and cash handling skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and problem solve in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Must possess basic math, computer, and cash handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate and problem solve in a professional manner.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Able to pass all background checks
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and team members.
- Experience with cash handling and POS/inventory control systems.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume environment.
- Education: High school diploma/GED required
- Experience: 1-3 years’ experience working in retail or other customer service position, cannabis experience is a plus
