AYS is seeking a Youth Development Associate to implement activities, work as a team member, and supervise children. Requirements
- Serve as a positive and guiding force that instills the AYS Way into all aspects of the organization.
- Assist in implementing required curriculum components in the program
- Attend all required trainings
- Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 20lbs
- Reliable transportation
