Job Description
This position is for a Youth Program Site Lead at the Y School Age. The primary role is to lead activities, facilitate creative activities, and ensure a positive and supportive learning environment for children and staff. This role is a representation of the YMCA and its values and focuses on fostering development, creativity, and respect among participants.
Requirements
- Strong language skills (written and oral)
- Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints
- Knowledge of YMCA philosophy and certifications
- CPR, First Aid and Child Health & Safety basics certifications
